John Ouzounis
With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, John Ouzounis has built his reputation on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. In August 2021, he founded KALO Insurance & Financial Services Ltd., a division of Oracle RMS, bringing his years of industry experience into a brokerage of his own. Since then, John has continued to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions, knowledgeable advice, and attentive service.
John believes that every client deserves more than just an insurance policy—they deserve a trusted advisor who takes the time to understand their unique needs and provide guidance they can rely on for years to come. His commitment to personalized service and building lasting relationships has earned the trust and confidence of clients throughout the community.
Family is at the heart of KALO Insurance. John is proud to work alongside his daughter and son, building a family business rooted in trust, strong relationships, and genuine care for the people they serve. Together, they share a commitment to providing clients with personalized service and making them feel supported, valued, and confident in their insurance decisions.
Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and perfecting his BBQ skills. His passion for building meaningful relationships extends beyond business and reflects the same values that have guided him throughout his career: dedication, authenticity, and putting people first.
Victoria Ouzounis
Victoria Ouzounis is a Broker who has been working in the insurance industry since 2018. She enjoys connecting with clients, building lasting relationships, and helping them navigate their insurance needs. In addition to working directly with her clients, Victoria manages the office-wide remarketing process, supporting the team and helping ensure clients across the office have access to competitive options when their policies come up for renewal.
Naturally outgoing and sociable, Victoria loves getting to know her clients and takes pride in making their insurance experience feel approachable, personal, and supportive.
Outside of work, Victoria is a proud mom who loves spending time with her family. She also has a passion for cooking and enjoys bringing family and friends together over good food.
Michael Ouzounis
Michael Ouzounis is a RIBO-licensed insurance professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. He enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and taking the time to understand their unique needs.
His focus is on finding practical insurance solutions that provide the right protection and peace of mind.
Outside of work, he is a big sports fan, with a particular passion for hockey.
Kamilla Chorniy
Kamila Chorniy is a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant with three years of experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys helping clients and supporting the team with the many different aspects of the day-to-day office operations. From assisting with applications and payments to answering calls, helping clients with their questions, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, Kamila plays a versatile role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Friendly and dependable, Kamila enjoys working with people and takes pride in making each client feel welcomed and supported. She is currently working toward becoming a licensed insurance broker, with a goal of continuing to grow her knowledge and build her career within the insurance industry.
Outside of work, Kamila enjoys cooking, staying active, and taking trips to the cottage. She especially enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at home with her two cats, Bella and Oscar.
